Great story as always. I particularly liked John's thoughtful times in this story. Always such a pleasure to visit with John and his family and see what wrong is righted by these good citizens. I've enjoyed every book of this series, and feel like I'm sitting right there among them when the bantering starts. I love the Booker children, and am looking forward to the new baby. But also wish we could get to know AL a little better. Little buddy seems to have slipped through the cracks a bit compared to the other kids. Good job again, TJ! Enjoyed the story a lot, and am looking forward to the next installment.TJ -- beautiful picture on the cover. If it makes you happy, then use the same one forever!

Awesome story teller, I can tell from the style he is an old Marine like myself, I have read every one up to 48 so far and will read them all.
Well again T J delivers another fast moving action tale with its message on point. I applaud the author for getting this installment done so quickly,as I get all nervous when I have to wait more then a few weeks!! Thanks for the personal story at the end I have to tell you it caused to choke up a bit. Thank you for sharing
I am in love with John and his whole clan. I love the way the stories are told. Your editor is missing slot of misused words throughout tour book like. Along instead of alone, wondering instead of wandering
Truth be told I easily get by that and an more into the story just thought you should know
Enjoyed every book. I don't understand why some will complain about the few grammatical errors within the text. I believe they either have way to much time on their hands or their s*** don't stink... If the SHTF, I think the last thing they will be worried about is picking on someone grammar. They probably should of studied the life skills offered in these series of books plus others to be prepared for a time that is guaranteed to come that will have folks struggling to survive. We have truly become a society dumbed down. We The People have really failed at protecting our Republic.
Don't get me wrong, I've read all his books. He writes like he's sitting around a campfire having an "adult beverage" and telling stories to his buddies. I read each and every book he writes because they are fun stories and they read like the writer is having fun writing them. The author really needs someone to proof read his work. His grammar is atrocious and that being said, I can't wait to read his next installment! If his grammar were better, I'd make it four stars instead of three.

Anyway, loved this latest episode in John Walker's adventures in the post apocalyptic world. The story was longer than most and seemed to maintain a great pacing throughout. The story of Cuba was very engaging and it sure gave John Walker a platform to expound on his theory democracy and independence. The characters were well written and I really enjoyed the adventure. Can't wait for the next one!

I was also in cubin waters in(62)aboard a new ship the USS
Berkeley DDG-15.We were there for qualifications.I was put on
a boarding & search crew perhaps you were one of the marines
who took great joy during the training on shore to make sure
we slid through as many MUD holes as you guys could fine
As to why us wet water sailors needed to learn to crawl in mud
to this day I still see those huge smiles on those marines faces
